All e-mails and any attachments
passing through our mail servers are scanned for viruses. If a virus is
found, the message is deleted and a notification e-mail is sent to both
the sender and the recipient(s). |

PC can become infected. |

SPAM is the name given
to any unsolicited commercial e-mail. It is also referred to as junk mail. |

our mail servers are tested for SPAM content. If an e-mail is found to
contain SPAM the subject of the e-mail is prefixed with "*****SPAM*****".
For example if the subject of the e-mail read "Free Viagra!!!!", our mail
servers would change this to "*****SPAM***** Free Viagra!!!!" |

Although the technology
we use to detect SPAM is excellent, it is not infallible; occasionally
a genuine e-mail is wrongly tagged. By not deleting the e-mails you can
be certain that you are not missing any mail. |

Yes, each e-mail account
can store up to 10MB of data. Any e-mails sent to an account over this
threshold will be rejected. |

Yes, incoming messages
can be no larger than 10MB. Outgoing messages can be no
larger than 20MB. |
