The most likely cause is that you have not activated webmail on your account.
To do this you simply need to connect to the Internet via a Topletter Internet connection using the username and password you provided when signing up.
Webmail will be activated within 5 minutes of you connecting and will remain activated. If you have connected to the Internet via our services and still
can not access webmail, please contact Customer Services. |

Requesting that all users connect to the Internet via a Topletter connection at least once ensures that the user is either living or
visiting the UK. This helps to prevent our webmail service from being used to send spam or commit fraud. |
